Shipping and Returns

Deliverys are available from Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 9:00pm. For delivery outside normal hours or during public holidays and Sundays, please contact us via phone or email. Deliverys will be on the same day if order is made before 1:00pm, otherwise delivery will be on the next working day. The customer are encouraged to indicate a delivery time slot when placing an order, kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event that the delivery is not sucessful, the customer will be contacted and arrangement for a second delivery or warehouse pickip will be made. For second delivery, our flat courier rate will apply and is payable in cash, warehouse pickup will be free of charge.

Returns And Refunds

All goods delivered may be return within 7 days if found to be defective or damage. In this case, customer can choose either a product replacement or a cash refund. Prior to making a return or claming a refund, please email us your order information and complains and we will arrange for a replacement or pickup at no cost to the customer
